SutraLite will take care of posting your job on various paid and free internet resources, accept job applications on your behalf, and then forward the relevant ones to you. While we take care of this time consuming cumbersome part of your recruitment work, you can concentrate on interviewing only those candidates who have passed through our intelligent filters.
- How's SutraLite different from other Recruitment Agencies?
Recruitment Consultants are meant for companies which can afford a sizeable commission of an avg. 8.33%. They provide end-to-end service of searching, finding, convincing, scheduling, hand-holding uptil joining, etc.
On the other hand, SutraLite provides you with Profiles (Resumes) of relevant candidates that suit your requirements, irrespective of whether you hire them or not.

- How can I pay for this service?

- What is Human-Filtering?
Recruitment Specialists from our team are humans, and when they filter your job applications for you based on relevancy compared to your requirements, we call it Human-Filtering. The reason we choose this method over the keyword matching automated filtering systems is simple:
"Man made the computer, hence Man is definitely more intelligent than the computer. Period."
- How soon can I start receiving job applications?
As soon as we receive your payment, we will put the wheels in motion i.e. Activate your SutraLite Plan. Once this is done, you will begin receiving resumes from as soon as couple of hours or as late as couple of days. On average you should begin receiving relevant profiles in about 24 hours time.
Generally, we have experienced a high rate of applications in the first week and a diminishing rate from there on. However, since we keep refreshing the job requirements on multiple internet resources on a regular basis during the 30 day plan period, you can expect resumes up till the last day.
In case of the "Expert Plan" wherein our Recruitment Specialists will be reviewing resumes before sending them forward, you will receive them on an ongoing basis, daily or once in 2 days. We're sure you understand why.
Note: We work from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 7 pm, so you can expect filtered applications to arrive between these times.
- For how long will I receive resumes once I buy the service?
By default, every SutraLite Plan will be active for 30 days from date of Payment and you will receive resumes during this period. In case of Mass Mailing, one cannot fix a duration till which the responses will keep coming in because it depends on when the job seeker views the email.
- How many job applications will I receive?
Well, that's a tough one. Can you ever say how many runs will India score until the last ball is bowled? You can't, no one can. Hope you got our drift. :)
- Can I change the job description once you have posted it?
No. However, you need not worry about this one. Before posting your job on any internet resource, we will thoroughly evaluate it and also discuss the same with you to leave no room for error.
