You Responsibilities will include:

Recruitment

• Allocate work, develop and coach assigned team members to ensure that proper interviewing practices are being implemented.
• Assist assigned team members in setting goals consistent with client needs and organization’s direction, as well as provides them with performance management, appraisal and development guidance
• Ensure recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, procedures and other regulatory requirements.
• Work directly with senior leadership to ensure full understanding of their needs and objectives.
• Utilize and implement creative recruitment solutions (headhunting, open days, job fairs, e-recruitment tools, media, etc.) in order to fill vacancies with qualified candidates in a timely manner.

Client Retention

•    Renewing client subscriptions and contacting clients.

•    Overcome objections and retain clients by thinking of alternative solutions to issues and concerns.

Quality Assessment

•    Establish programs to evaluate quality standards analytical methods of employees across teams.

•    Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
