- What is SutraLite?
SutraHRLite (or SutraLite, as we like to call it), is a unique low cost recruitment service that aims to provide unmatchable "value for money" solutions to any cost cautious company or startups.
- Why is SutraLite ideal for Franchise businesses?
Recruitment is one of the biggest issues faced by a Franchisee. Although Franchisers offer support in marketing, sales, training, equipments, etc. when it comes to recruitment, they often hold back. This is where SutraLite comes in.
SutraLite is a professional service provided by experienced personnel from the industry, at a fix low-cost fee.
How does that make us ideal? Well, Franchisees don't have to worry about posting ads in news papers, or job portals, then filtering resumes, calling shortlisted candidates, or coordinating with multiple recruitment consultants - all of which costs lot of money. SutraLite will take care of finding your 'right' candidate using the ideal methods, and scheduling them for interviews - all, at lowest possible costs.
- How's SutraLite different from other Recruitment Agencies or Consultants?
Let's take an example to explain this difference. You require a Sales Manager (Annual CTC 3 Lacs p.a.) and hire a Recruitment Consultant to get the job done. Your Recruitment Consultant would post this job on a portal, or circulate it within his existing network or call candidates from his previous placements. Essentially, they will search, shortlist, schedule and then bill you @ 8.33% commission (viz. Rs.25000).
On the other hand, SutraLite does almost exactly the same - posts your job on various paid/unpaid resources (incl. newspaper classifieds), filters incoming job applications, sends shortlisted resumes to you, schedules candidates for interviews. We DON'T charge a commission - our fee is fixed @ Rs.4999, onwards.
- What are the advantages of using SutraLite?

- How reliable is your service, SutraLite?
That's a good question. The shortest way to answer this is - it's as reliable as an average Recruitment Consultant's service is. However, our service is more of an enabler and not an end-to-end service like a Consultant.
At SutraLite, we use almost similar methods like what your Recruitment Consultant/Your In-house Recruiter would use.
- How soon can I start receiving resumes?
As soon as we receive your payment, we will activate your SutraLite Plan. Resumes will starting coming in your inbox from as soon as couple of hours or as late as couple of days. On average you should begin receiving them in about 24 hours time.
Generally, we have experienced a high rate of applications in the first week and a diminishing rate from there on. However, since we keep refreshing the job requirements on multiple internet resources on a regular basis during the 30 day plan period, you can expect resumes up till the last day.
Note: We work from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 7 pm, so you can expect filtered applications to arrive between these times.
- For how long will I receive resumes once I buy the service?
By default, every SutraLite Plan will be active for 30 days from date of Payment and you will receive resumes regularly during this period - it could be either every 24 or 48 hours
When we post a job anywhere on the internet, it receives attention till it slips down as more new jobs get posted on that site. In case of emails sent to job seekers, one cannot fix a time by which we'll receive a reply, because it depends on when the job seeker views the email.
- How many job applications will I receive?
That's a tough question. Can you ever say how many runs will India score until the last ball is bowled? You can't, no one can. Hope you got our drift. :)
However, we do guarantee a specific number of Resumes per plan so you can rest assured on that front.
- Can I change the job description once you have posted it?
No. However, you need not worry about this one. Before posting your job on any internet resource, we will thoroughly evaluate it and also discuss the same with you to leave no room for error.
- How can I pay for this service?
